high temperature outside noise
The room's temperature was too high. A small fan did little to alleviate the heat, even with the window open. The noise from outside became unbearable after dark (music, bass, shouting). It continued until 3 a.m., seriously disrupting sleep.

friendly staff clean room vegan pastries
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was a Beautiful Double Room, and it was super clean and spacious. I enjoyed the extensive vegan breakfast options (the pastries were good!).
The shower had slightly inconsistent water temperature.

my room has good lighting and a spacious wardrobe. i liked that the bedsheets felt soft. i also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee making facilities that were present in the room.
the television remote was not working properly, i had to manually change channels.
